BIM Modeling & Rendering of a Towerhouse, made with Revit Architecture (2018)

Imagined as a green small skyscraper in NYC, its shape is a simple volume that inside totally changes. A rotation of floors allows to have a singular home experience, with different stairs and multiple heights. This single house respects the environment, with vertical gardens as facades (instead of glass panels) and a green roof on the top.
